Why are people massively not switching to a plant based diet?

For decades, the only information that reached most of the people around the world was the biased, incorrect, and misleading information provided by billion dollar meat, egg, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, corrupt governments and organizations, researchers with a conflict of interest, and doctors who are inadequately educated on nutrition and on how a plant based diet can not only prevent, but also reverse most diseases without any surgery and drugs.
But all this has changed thanks to the launching of NutritionFacts.org – a strictly non-commercial, nonprofit, science-based website that provides the latest information on evidence-based nutrition. NutritionFacts.org was founded in 2011 by Dr. Michael Greger. The website is monthly visited by million of visitors and has over half a million fans on Facebook. To further inform people about the benefits of a plant based diet and the dangers of animal products, Dr. Michael Greger has released the book How Not to Die which is currently dubbed as one of the most important books in the world.
Thus, the main reason why people aren’t massively switching to a plant based diet is because they are misinformed, because they believe that everything is in genetics and pills, and because of their still prevailing confidence in meat, animal food products, and drugs promoted by billion dollar funded food and pharmaceutical industries who are losing credibility faster and faster.
